No. Science Bulletin charges no article processing fee (APC). All costs are covered by the publisher and partner universities.
The full cycle averages 45 days. A first editorial decision is issued within 14 days and expert review concludes within 21 days.
Uzbek, Russian, English and Turkish. The abstract must always be supplied in three languages.
Reasons for rejection are set out in detail in writing. After revision the manuscript may be resubmitted.
The DOI is assigned through Crossref at the moment of online publication, once the article has been accepted.
Copyright remains entirely with the author. The publisher receives only the right to publish under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
