Manuscript requirements
Manuscripts that do not meet the requirements below are not passed on to the review stage.
A paper must fall within the scope of one of the centre's journals, offer genuine scholarly novelty and follow the norms of academic writing.
Structure of the paper
- UDC index, title, author name(s), affiliation, country and email address.
- Abstract (150–250 words) and 5–8 keywords in three languages (Uzbek, Russian, English).
- Introduction: statement of the problem, relevance of the topic and aim of the study.
- Materials and methods: description of the sources and the research methods applied.
- Results and discussion: analysis supported by tables, diagrams and examples.
- Conclusion: the main findings and their scholarly significance.
- References and, where applicable, a funding statement.

References
References are numbered in order of appearance in the text. Foreign-language sources are given in their original script. Where available, the DOI of each source should be provided. At least 12 references are recommended, a third of them published within the last five years.
Important. All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism. Papers with less than 75% original text are not considered.

No. The centre's journals charge no publication fees and all articles are made freely available in open access.
The technical check takes 3 days and the initial editorial decision is given within 14 days. The full cycle averages 45 days.
